Custom website purchases can be canceled for a full refund within 3 days of purchase by simply emailing your request to jay@ecomagency.io

If you cancel your website at any time, you have no further obligation; domain names will be released free of charge, so long as there was no complicated migration. If you cancel your site, the rights to the content on the site automatically transfer to you after one year of payment.

As part of our “anytime cancellation” policy, we ensure everything is kept in writing. It is highly recommended that your cancellation is done via text or email. If you call in and cancel, we will immediately send you an email with a confirmation of your cancellation, and stop the billing.

If you do NOT send a cancellation email, you forgo your right to a chargeback or dispute. Our business is focused on providing the highest levels of customer service, and we are part of the industry’s lowest chargeback group.
